Based in interactive, qualitative research, this collaborative discovery and design approach engages stakeholder buy in, encourages honest dialogue, and ensures next steps are tailored to your organizational realities.
Culture Shift Consulting
WDT collaborates with you to design and deliver development modules around a need your agency identifies — mid-career development, emerging women leaders, leadership challenges unique to women, or a context-specific need. The format is proven; scaled cohorts with mentors structured across an in-person experience so that learning consolidates rather than evaporates.
