Leadership Pathways

A three-phase journey

Leadership Pathways is an intimate growth experience designed for cohorts of just twelve leaders. Your journey unfolds in three progressive chapters, each kicking off with an immersive, one-week in-person intensive. Over the next six months, you’ll ground your learning through dedicated mentorship and a focus on sustainable, real-world rhythms. Built with intention, this space is designed to navigate the unique challenges women face in leadership as you evolve through three critical dimensions: leading yourself, leading others, and ultimately, leading other leaders.

Foundations focuses on self-leadership through spiritual formation, cultivating a leader identity, formulating a leadership profile and effectively processing and addressing leadership challenges unique to women.
Frameworks focuses on effectively leading others with a focus on transformational leadership theory, skills development, and implementing a proven leadership framework.
Flourishing focuses on leading other leaders in capacity building and people development that will sustain individuals and organizations for the long haul.

Mission leaders participating in this curriculum showcase will enjoy a week of intentional refreshment with likeminded peers while experiencing the Leadership Pathways: Foundations curriculum and providing vital input into refining the experience for future inter-agency cohorts.
